Deidre Madsen is tenured

I explore, live and create sacred puja (further anchoring and stabilizing crystalline grids) in some of the world's most sacred sites including Cahokia Mounds, Monks Mound and Woodhenge (near my birth home). I enjoy creating and performing sacred chants and songs as an efflorescent harpist and flautist (Navajo flute), and percussionist. I live in mystical, magical Sedona, Arizona (a #22 master number) with my beLoved Twin Ray Michael and our beautiful Maltese dogs, Principessa and Nikki.
 I have learned much, yet I continue to feel I know absolutely nothing and always to begin again. In Te Ru Jitsu (Tai Kwan Do, Okinawan Uechi-Ryu Method, and Ju Jitsu), a blackbelt friend once said, "Once you achieve the status of blackbelt, you then begin to learn karate." As a young green belt at the time, this concept astounded me. I thought, Why should such an achieved blackbelt have to "start over"? In ancient times certain spiritual mystery teachings led their students through symbolic phases of training with each phase raising them to a new level of understanding (consciousness) of themselves, or their divine self within the physical. The final phase brought the student to a darkened chamber which gave them a feeling of "starting all over." The student had to learn how to illuminate the darkness without the aid of external physical light. The lesson learned: Only we can bring illumination to the darkness. Only from within can we be the illuminating Light unto darkness. This process brought the student full circle to the divine self within.
