How-To Tips

Let's begin with a few basic tips prior to entering a TGI session, which are as follows:

YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL AND SAFE


It is important to understand that you are in complete control at all times in a TGI session.  You are never, ever a victim of any "circumstances" appearing in your vision while doing this work.

Therefore, you should never feel that you need to be in a state of fear, worry or be afraid for any reason.  If, however, you find yourself in any of these states simply remind yourself that you are in complete control of this entire scenario, everything is within your grasp; and at will, you are able to change, modify and make adjustments to your surroundings and experiences to your heart's desire and liking.

You will discover very special places on this great journey through your mind and body, and through your psyche. These exciting places will be places that you may visit anytime you desire to get away from it all and meditate our simply 'be'.  These places and experiences will become havens or oasis' of tranquility, of peacefulness, of love, experiencing complete and incredible self acceptance as well.  It is vital for you to grasp the importance that you are perfectly safe.

Safety is paramount to this work.  Believe you are in a perfectly safe, tranquil, freeing environment.  Here you will discover all that is within you and tend to your inner garden, healing and loving those areas that need attention.


ASK QUESTIONS, ALICE!

Just like Alice in Wonderland, if/when you come across something, someone, or a surrounding you are unsure of, ask questions. Who?  What?  Why?  Listen careful to what advice and wisdom each has to offer, through words and symbols. 

GIVING THANKS

Every time you leave one of the places mentioned in our Journey section, thank it for allowing you the opportunity to get to know it, and experience it.  If you wish to give some kind of gift now, feel free to do so.

WHAT IF NOTHING HAPPENS?

With any of the places you visit, if you do not notice (see/sense) anything right away, ask yourself if you would like to, if still nothing appears do not worry.  Finish your meditation and come back and visit another time.

MONITORING YOUR PROGRESS

After each session return to the Head Center or center point and note any changes in the Head Center's environment, if any. This way you are constantly able to understand the subtle messages your psyche is able to bring you through the progress you have made in your journey, and in your observations your ability to notice subtle queues and changes will greatly improve.

JOURNALING

It's important to journal or document your journeys which will provide a point of reference you can return to again and again.  You can view the process and a progress that you have made along your way.

Journaling helps you remember your experiences during your TGI sessions. You should have full memory recall after each session (so much so that your TGI memories will become like actual childhood memories) yet journaling solidly anchors your experiences even moreso. If you were to begin making an account of your TGI journeys, this wonderful habit would help you so much in your ability to remember each session's details more clearly.  You could tape record the sessions as well and have them transcribed for future reference.

As journaling assists you in identifing your progress, when you are ready to experience it, you can more fully identify with your path's progress through the help of these rich details.

Also, you may find your ability to recall certain events and details will be heightened if you feel relaxed knowing the events are being accounted for.

SPEAK OUT LOUD

Whyen you speak out loud during your TGI sessions, you will have even better and fuller memory recall as your two physical ears will pick up the narration and log it into your memory that way as well, furthering the anchors. Another reason for speaking aloud is to keep you focused in your meditation. Sometimes in meditation we move into a deeper theta brain wave stage and go into such a quiet space we fall asleep (especially important to note if you come across something particuarly sensitive and/or emotional). In speaking aloud we are made to remain awake and conscious during the entire journey.

GOALS AND INTENTIONS

Before every session of TGI, it is important to not only be prepared through a light meditation exercise (e.g., colorful clouds meditation), but to also create clear goals and intentions for what you desire to accomplish.

Why? You set up clear intentions [a sort of whispering to your psyche] on an inner plane which your psyche will recognize and begin preparing for upcoming healing opportunities.  Whatever your goal, question or desire, your journey will automatically reveal the hidden keys to your question(s).
